Waffles

Belgium Waffles:

1.75 cups cake flour

2 teas. baking powder

1/2 teas. salt

1 TBL. sugar

3 eggs

7 TBL melted butter or oil

1.5  cups milk

 

 

Buttermilk Waffles:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1.3 teas. baking powder

1/4 teas. baking soda

1/2 teas. salt

1 TBL. sugar

2 eggs

6 TBL melted butter or oil

1.75  cups buttermilk

 

Mix dry ingredients,

add melted butter, yolks and milk

whip egg white until stiff

fold into the batter.
