Vegetable Soup

1 Carrot, grated

1 small onion, diced

2 Carrots, sliced

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cumin

2 Potatoes, diced

2 cups frozen peas

1 Celery stick, diced

Parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon Soup Powder

 

Saute grated carrots and onion in oil

Add all other ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
