6 Carrots, sliced

6 medium Sweet Potatoes

2 Tbl Butter

1/2 cup Brown Sugar




Cook all ing. except for marshmallows in water to cover till soft, about 1/2 hour.

Drain the cooked vegetables.


Place in a baking pan with no or just a bit of the liquid that remained.

Bake in 350 for about 45 minutes.


Cover with Marshmallows and broil for a few seconds till marshmallows brown a bit. 

Important note: marshmallows will burn very, very quickly, do not leave unattended.
