Tapada - Turkish
dough:
5 sheets of filo dough
3 tablespoon butter, melted or butter flavor spray

filling:
3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
350 gram feta
300 gram farmer cheese
2 egg
​
1 yolk for egg wash
sesame
​

Combine well the filling ingredients.
​
Brush the bottom of the pan with butter.​
Place one sheet of filo in a 9x11 baking pan.
Brush it with butter and place a 2nd filo sheet on top.
Spread the filling evenly.
Top with 3 filo sheets with butter between them.
Brush with egg wash.
cover with generous amount of sesame seeds.
With a shape knife, cut to squares.
Bake in 350f about 45-50 minutes.
