Stuffing for Chicken or Turkey Breast

  • 2 slices of white bread soaked in garlic milk,

  • 3 boiled eggs + one egg,

  • salt,

  • pepper,

  • marjoram,

  • and parsley.

You can add a little liver or mushrooms. Then of course I also add fried onions. I left these out now. We fry them, drizzled with fat, uncovered, at 180″ until golden brown.
