Mushroom Stuffed with Couscous

1    medium size Portobello mushroom

2    tablespoons of prepared couscous

dash of salt

dash of pepper

¼    cup raisins

1    small onion, diced very small

1    clove garlic, diced very small

olive oil

rinse the mushroom, remove stem

sauté the garlic and onion till soft, add raisins. remove from heat and mix with prepared couscous.

add salt and pepper.

fill mushrooms.
