Spinach Puff Pastry Log

2 lb puff pastry

1 lb frozen or fresh spinach (whole leaves)

4 tablespoons feta cheese coarsely cut

 

Roll out puff pastry to 8X12" square.

 

Spread spinach and cheese on the puff pastry.

 

Roll up jellyroll style.

 

Bake in 350F oven until golden brown.
