Salmon w/ Citrus Glaze

Salmon

 

for glaze:

Juice from 2 Oranges

1/4 cup chicken stock

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 tablespoon Orange marmalade

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon brown sugar

 

Bring all glaze ingredients to boil.

Simmer till thickens, 10-15 minutes

 

Grill or broil the salmon.

Brush glaze when almost done
