Salmon in Teriyaki Sauce

Salmon slices

3 TBL Teriyaki sauce

3 TBL sweet chili

3 TBL soy sauce

1 TBL white vinegar

1 TBL olive oil

¼ cup brown sugar

3 garlic cloves, crushed

A bit of ginger paste

 

Place all ing except the fish in a sauce pan. Bring to boil and simmer till sugar dissolves.

Marinade the fish in the cooled sauce for about 15 minutes.

Place fish on a baking pan and bake in a 4000 F oven for 13-16 minutes.

Brush the rest of the marinade to glaze the fish.
