Heavenly Pistachio Raspberry Dream Cake
225g of melted butter
1 heaping cup of 2% vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 egg yolks
2 & 1/2 cups of cake/pastry flour
3 egg whites
1 & 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
4 cups of crushed walnuts

1. Pre heat oven 350F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with yogurt, egg yolks and vanilla extract. Mix together and add 2 &1/2 cups of flour and continue to mix until a dough is formed. Place dough in fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Take 3 egg whites and mix with 1 & 1/2 cups of granulated sugar until soft peaks.
4. Remove dough from fridge and cut into 2 equal parts. Roll out in a circle shape. Watch for special instructions to see how thin the dough should be.
5. Take egg white mixture and spread throughout the dough. Spread crushed walnuts throughout and roll the dough carefully. Watch video how to roll properly.
6.Cut roll into 1 inch (2.5 cm) slices. Place slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for approx 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Place on cooling rack and enjoy. Repeat procedure for second batch.
