  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander seed

  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice

  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
