Quinoa Salad

1 cup Quinoa

Radishes, chopped

Cucumbers, chopped

Red Peppers, Chopped

Guji Berries (or any other dried berry)

crushed Pistachio

Soy sauce

Rice vinegar

Sesame oil

crushed ginger

 

Combine last four ing. for the dressing.

Cook the quinoa for a few minutes and drain.

Add chopped vegetables.

Add dressing.
