Shwarma, Poultry

2 lb dark chicken pieces

4-5 potatoes, peeled and quatered

2-3 red onions, cut to large pieces

1 tablespoon mayonaise

​

2 tablespoons shwarma spice* or

​

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon ginger

½ black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablesppon water

Mix the spice's ingredients to s smooth paste

Place chicken on a well oiled pan

Place potatoes and onion on top of chicken

Cover the chicken with the spices mix

Coer with baking sheet

Bake for 2 hours in 375f convection oven

remove the paper from the chicken

and bake 10 minutes for browing

decorate with parsley befoe serving
