Foamy Poppy Seeds Cream

Dough:
25 dkg ground poppy seeds
25 dkg flour
25 dkg sugar
A pinch of salt, 1 tsp baking powder
1 dl of milk
1 dl cooking oil
3 whole eggs
1 large apple, grated
Cream:
7 dl of milk
2 tsp vanilla pudding powder
10 dkg powdered sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon
15 dkg of butter
Foam:
4 egg whites
20 dkg sugar

Dough:
Mix everything in a bowl until lump-free) 180 degrees 20-25 minutes (needle test)


Cream:
Cook the cream, when it has cooled, add the butter, sugar and lemon zest
Spread the custard cream on the already cooled cake


Foam:
We boil a hard foam over steam and gradually add sugar) when it's ready, you can put it on top of the cake
