small cucumbers (fresh pickles)

1 teaspoon salt per 1 cup water (final quantity depends on the jar you use)

1 tbl. whole black pepper

8 cloves garlic

1 bunch fresh dill

1/2 hot pepper, optional

 

Wash the pickles, arrange snuggly in a jar.

Add other ing.

Keep in a indirect sun for about 4-5 days.

Refrigerate
