Orange Vinaigrette
1 Cup Orange juice
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbl. Sesame Oil
1 Tbl. Soy sauce
1 Teas. Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Teas. Dijon Mustard
In a blender, combine the orange juice, vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and mustard. Blend at high speed until garlic is very finely chopped.
Yield: 1.5 cups
