Red Lentil Soup

1 cup of red lentils

3-4 carrots sliced to thick slices

1 celery root, chopped

1 parsley root, chopped

8 garlic cloves, crushed

3 TBL flour

4 teas. chicken season powder

1 teas. Paprika

1 teas. Pepper

4 TBL oil

Place in a pot the 5 first ing. add about 8 cups water and cook for about 30 min.

Place all other ing. in another pan, cook on low heat, mixing constantly

To make a roué.

 Slowly add some of the soup to the roué to dilute.

Add the roué to the soup. Mix well.

Cook for another 10 minutes.

Soup should be thick.
