Lentil Goullas

1/2 lb lentils

chicken breast fillet (or beef)

carrots, sliced

2 turnips, sliced

1 onion, chopped

salt to taste

black pepper to taste (ground)

paprika to taste

bay leaves

1 tablespoon sunflower oil

6 cups water

  1. Saute onion in a bit of oil.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Cook till lentil and meat are soft.

  4. May add nokerly
