Lemon Pounf Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the cake tin with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.

  2. The butter is mixed with the two sugars until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. The flour is mixed with the baking powder and lemon zest and then mixed with the butter-egg mass.

  3. The dough is smoothed into the prepared mold, inserted into the preheated oven and baked for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
