Lamb ala Eliana

Lamb (may be any part)

olive oil

turmeric powder

cardamon powder

salt

pepper

Bring to boil and cook in water to melt some of the fat.

Remove the water and fat, 

Saute the lamb slices with turmeric and cardamon

turn until nicely browned.

Add a bit of water and cook on low heat till very soft (7-10 hours)

At the end add some lemon juice
