Bake a sponge cake and cut into 2 parts. Sprinkle a lot of whipped cream on the bottom half, place the chestnuts on it, as well as the chestnut juice so that the whipped cream gets a nice pink color. Place the other half on it, coat everything with whipped cream and garnish with fruit.
