Fish Taco

3 tortillas (optional)

1 avocado

filet of a good white fish as halibut, cod, etc. or salmon.

1/2 small green cabbage, very thinly shredded

1/2 small red cabbage, very thinly shredded

pickled onions (buy ready in a jar or make your own)



lemon juice

In the pic it is served on individual tortillas, I will add my serving suggestion later

Place the fish fillet on a shallow baking pan. 

season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Bake 15-20 minutes until fully cooked in 350f preheated oven.

If you decided to use tortillas, heat them in an ungreased pan and place them on a long-serving plate, suitable to serve fish.

Mash the avocado, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Spread the avocado on or around the tortillas. 

Place the fish over the tortillas.

Cover the fish with some (not to cover completely) of the shredded cabbages, topped with the pickled onions.
