Eggplant Slices
3-4 eggplants, sliced to thick slices
3 Tablespoons + 1/4 cup oil
1.5 teaspoons salt
2 cups water

​Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer eggplants slices to a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minute.
Turn, brush with oil and bake additional 15 minutes
