Dry Rub for Chicken

7 oz Dried Onions

2.5 teas. Salt

1 teas. Black Pepper

1 teas. Garlic Powder

1 teas. Cumin

1 teas. Thyme (dry)

1 teas. Tarragon (dry)

3 teas. Sweet Paprika

5 teas. Parsley (dry)

1 teas. Dill (dry)

Mix all the ing.

Note that these are approx measures. It will yield about 12 oz of seasoning. About 3 oz is needed for one chicken, whole or pieces.
