Dry Fruit Thins


4 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

350 gr. mix of dry fruits (dates, apricot, cranberries, etc)

150 gr. walnuts, chopped

100 gr. raisin

whip egg whites, fold in sugar, and yolks.

place dry fruits and walnuts in a bowl cover with the flour and turn over so all pieces will be floured

bake in 350F for 45 minutes

cut immediately to about 0.25" slices.

store in an airtight container
