Honey Apple for Rosh HaShana

3 eggs

¾ cup silan (dates honey)

4 TBL sugar

¼ cup oil

¾ cup finely shredded apples

1 teaspoon vanilla

2½ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon ground clove

4 teaspoons cinnamon

1 cup orange juice

Mix all dry ing.

Whip egg white.

When almost done add silan, oil, vanilla, orange juice and continue to whip till you get stiff peaks.

Fold in dry ing .

Pour into a well oiled Bundt cake pan. Bake in 350 for 40 minutes.

Test if done with a tooth pick.
