Chocolate Sado (Sauce)
2 cups milk
4 egg yolks
5 TBL sugar
4 TBL cocoa powder
2 teas. vanilla extract
Mix well yolks, vanilla and sugar
Add cocoa powder to milk and bring to boil on medium heat.
Remove from heat, add yolk mixture while mixing.
Return to heat and continue to mix until starts boil. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and let cool
Serve on cake or alone.
Note:
the picture is of vanilla sodo but the chocolate sodo is served the same way
