Dark Chocolate
2 1/2 cups sugar
8 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
400 gram butter
8 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar

Place sugar, cocoa, water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Add butter and mix till dissolved.
After completely cools add yolks one at a time.

Set aside 1/2 cup.
Whip the egg white to stiff peeks, adding the rest of the sugar.
Add flour, baking powder,
Bake in 350F, for about 40 minutes. Test for doneness.
​
Spread the half cup cake mixure that you set aside immediately.
