Dark Chocolate

2 1/2 cups sugar

8 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup water

400 gram butter

8 eggs

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoon sugar

Place sugar, cocoa, water in a saucee pan and bring to boil. Add butter and mix till dissolves.

After completely cools add yolks one at a time.

set aside 1/2 cup.

Add flour, baking powder and whipped egg whites to which rest of sugar was added.

bake in 350F,

Spread cream from the cup immediately.
