Cherry Tomato Salad
from the kitchen of Mira P.
-sliced cherry tomato’s
-some red onions chopped
-2-3 cans of heart of palms sliced
-2-3 or 4 spoons of olive tapenade (your choice) I usually match the amount of tapenade to the amount of tomatoes
-Salt and pepper
pieces of orange

Mix everything and serve
