Cheese Cake w/ Meringue Topping

Cake bottom:

3/4 stick of butter (100 gram)

1 egg

1/2 cup sugar

1.5 cups flour

1 teas. baking powder

Cake center:

1 lb farmer cheese

1 cup sugar

1 egg

3 yolks

vanilla

1 cup milk

2 Tablespoons flour (or farina)

Cake top:

3 egg whites

6 tablespoons sugar

Blend Cake bottom ingredients, spread in a baking pan

Mix Cake center ingredients and pour over the dough.

Bake in 350f about 40 minutes

whip egg white with sugar till stiff picks. Spread over the baked cake. May return to oven for a few minutes to caramelize
