750 gram light cream cheese
250 cc light sour cream
100 gram instant vanilla pudding
4 tablespoon corn starch
¾ cup sugar
Mix well all ing. except egg whites and sugar.
In another bowl, whip egg whites, adding the sugar towards the end.
Gently, combine egg whites with the cheese mixture.
Place in a greased spring form pan.
Place spring form in another baking dish filled with about 1" water.
Bake in 350 oven for ~70 minutes.
After the oven is turned off, leave the cake in the oven for at least another hour before the oven door is opened.
