8 cups flour
4 tablespoons dry yeast
5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1.5 cups water
Combine all ingredients
Knead for 8 minutes (speed 2 in a KitchenAid)
Let rise to double volume.
Punch down and form Challah
Let rise again
Bake in 350f for 30 minutes
