Cha Cha Csalamade

4 cups yellow bell peppers 

4 cups cucumbers sliced 

4 cups onions sliced 

4 cups cauliflour cut up 

4 cups cabbage shredded 

3 1/2 cups vinegar 

1 cup sugar 

4 tablespoons salt

 

  

Other vegetables like green tomatoes and okra may be added and work well

mix all of the above and let sit for 24 hours. 

Then put into canning jars. 

store in a cool dry place or in the fridge
