Caramel Pite

Dough:

300 gram flour

250 gram butter

1 yolk

1/2 cup water

 

Cream:

2 tablespoons flour

200 gram sugar2 cups milk

1 vanilla stick

250 gram butter

Dough:

Prepare the dough, divide to 3 balls, cover with some flour and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Roll out and place in a 9" by 11" oil baking dish.

stick with a fork to make some holes.

Bake till light brown

 

Cream:

In a food process mix the butter, flour and bead from inside the vanilla stick. Continue to process while slowly adding the milk, until you have a smooth cream

Spread the cream on the baked dough..........
