Cabbage w/ Pasta
(Kaposztas Testa)

1 kg of cabbage (head)

2k pepper (ground)

2 teaspoons of sugar

50 dkg of dough (curled cubes)

salt to taste

We remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it into four.

Grate with a big hole underneath.

Salt, let stand for 10 minutes.

The sugar is lightly fryed and poured 4 tablespoons of oil.

Add the cabbage from the juice.

It is light brown and often stirring. (Cabbage toasting takes at least 40 minutes.)

When roasted, sprinkle the ground pepper.

Meanwhile, the dough is cooked (cooking time approx. 7 minutes), filtered, mixed with 1 tablespoon of oil.

The roasted cabbage is added in several portions and thoroughly mixed.

Serve hot.
