Green Cabbage

½ Cabbage, shredded

1 package Chinese noodles (like oodles of noodles

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

½ cup sliced almonds

 

For the dressing:

½ cup light olive oil

¼ cup apple vinegar

½ teaspoon mustard

1 tablespoon soup mix powder

Salt

pepper

 

Mix all dressing ingredients

Pour over shredded cabbage

Break the uncooked noodles to small pieces

Mix in sesame seeds, noodles and almonds just before serving.

 

Note:

I often substitute sesame seeds with katzach because it gives it some color
