Cabbage, sliced to thin strips

Arugula, baby arugula preferred

Daikon or Radish, grated (optional)

Fennel, thinly sliced(optional)

Lemon juice

Sugar

Olive oil

Mustard

Salt

Pepper

Kazach optional

In a bowl, place the cabbage and salt.

Massage the salt into the cabbage and let stand for about half an hour.

Add the arugula and Daikon

​

Prepare the dressing from the other ingredients.

Pour over the cabbage and arugula.

​

Decorate with kazach
