Hungarian Butter Cookies

1   lb flour

20 oz. butter

2   egg yolks

3   tablespoons sour cream

3   tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

0.7 oz yeast

additional yolk for brushing

 

Proof the yeast with dash of sugar and flour in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.

Mix with rest of the ing.

Role out to about 1/2" thickness and cut out with a 1" diameter cookie cutter.

Brush with an egg yolk

Bake in 350f until pale brown
