Dough:

2 lbs. flours

3 cups water

3 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons oil

salt

80 gram Margarine

 

Oil for hand

 

Filling:

Potatoes

feta

some other soft cheese, optional

little bit of oil

 

Dough:

-Combine dough ing. Well

-Cut to 4 piece and let rest for about half an hour.

-Mix well each piece again, roll out,

- spread with 50 grams margarine

-fold envelope style

-refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight

-Roll and fold again without margarine.

-Can be frozen at this point.
-Make sure it is completely thawed before using

 

Filling:

Boil the potatoes, unpeeled

Peel and mash

Mix in feta and other cheese
