  1. In a small bowl, mix the icing sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, and butter until smooth.

  3. Weigh the flour into a large bowl, add the baking powder, dried fruits, nuts and chocolate. Swirl to cover everything in a circle with flour, then stir in egg mixture.

  4. The dough is filled into a buttered and floured roe deer and placed in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about half an hour. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve cut into slices.
