Jerusalem Bagel
1 lb flour
1 tablespoon yeast
1.5 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1.1/3 cups lukewarm water
3 tablespoons silan
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sesame (mix of black, brown, white)
2 cups lukewarm water
3 tablespoon silan

mix together all dry ingredients and knead for at least 3 minutes.
place in an oiled bowl and let rise.
place the sesame seeds in another bowl.
place 500ml lukewarm water in another bowl, add 3 tablespoons silan and mix well
divide into 6 balls
view the video for how to shape the bagles.
place in the bowl with the water to cover on all side,
move to the sesame and make sure they cover the bagels on all sides
bake in 375f for 20 minutes
