2 lb Asparagus
3 Tbl Lemon Juice
3 Tbl Butter
Trim asparagus so stalks are the same length.
Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender but not limp. Drain
In a large skillet, melt 3 Tbl butter over moderate heat, stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add asparagus. Turn to coat.
