Apple pancakes

250 g of fine flour

100 ml of milk

30 g butter

eggs

20 g of fresh yeast

50 g sugar

1 pack of vanilla sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 large apples

3l sunflower oil (for baking)

 

Dissolve butter in warm milk, add yeast.

Place the flour in a dish, add the yeast milk, add the other ingredients (except the apple) and mix it into a smooth dough.

Peel the apples and grate to rough pieces. Mix with the pancake batter. Cover and leave in warm place for approx. Let's stand for 30 minutes.

Place oil in a frying pan. 

Place spoonful of batter, fry for about 2 minutes on each side, till golden.
