Almond Coffee Cake
Base:
100 gram flour
100 gram butter
100 gram sugar
50 gram ground walnuts
2 egg yolks

Topping:
150 gram butter
150 gram sugar
6 egg yolks
150 gram finely grated chocolate or 3 Tbl cocoa
8 egg whites
3 Tbl flour
Spray with oil a 9/11" baking pan
Knead together all base ingredients, press it down to cover the bottom of the pan
Generously spread your favorite jam on top of the base dough
Mix the topping ingredients and spread over the jam.
Bake in 350F until a test toothpick comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
