Sesame Seeds Cookies

1/2 cup Sugar

2 Egg whites

400 gr. Seeds (sesame, almonds etc.)

 

Beat the egg whites with a fork just until it froths.

Add sugar and seeds.

Line a cookies sheet with either a silicone mat or not greased wax paper.

Drop 3/4 teaspoon full on the cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes, until edges just start to brown.

After baking, leave on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then gently lift with a spatula and place on a flat plate to cool completely.
