Green Cabbage
like in Falafel stands

½ cabbage

Juice from ½ lemon

3 TBL oil

2 TBL vinegar

salt

pepper

 

sesame seeds optional

 

Slice cabbage to thin slices

Add all other ingredients

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours

Add sesame seeds

 

Note:

May leave to refrigerate overnight for even better results
